We accept bookings up to 18 months from the event date.
A non-refundable deposit of the room rental fee is required along with a signed contract.

For events less than 1,000 guests, guaranteed guest count and estimated remaining balance are due 7 days prior to the event. For events with 1,000 or more guests, guaranteed guest count and estimated remaining balance are due 14 business days prior to the event.
Yes, we offer one complimentary tasting for up to four people for any event anticipating more than 150 guests. Tastings are booked 3 to 6 months before the event date once a confirmation letter has been signed with the deposit.
Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible so we can best prepare for your event.
Included with your room rental is use of the room for up to 9 hours. If you require more time for setup and decorating, please let your Sales Manager know. We will accommodate to the best of our ability based on the availability of the space and our staff.
We offer integrated state of the art A/V packages, including LCD projector and screen or 90” monitor, microphone and complimentary wireless internet. Your space will include an Event Manager to assist during your event. We also include flipcharts, podiums, whiteboards and any meeting tools your attendees may need.
You can work with outside vendors such as DJ’s, florals, decor, etc. We are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors, but you may use any licensed vendor. Outside food and beverage vendors are not allowed.
Admission to the H-D Museum is included on the day of your event during regular hours of operation. After-hours access to the H-D Museum can be arranged for an additional cost based on availability. Discounted tickets for a future visit during regular hours of operation can also be arranged through your Sales Manager.
