    The 1903 Events wedding package includes admission for your guests to the H-D Museum on your event day, complimentary parking, and a private menu tasting before the big day. Packages feature tables, chairs, linens, fine china, flatware, glassware, and a customized floor plan. Plus enjoy a romantic first anniversary dinner for two at MOTOR Bar & Restaurant.

Yes, we have indoor and outdoor space perfectly suited for your ceremony. Additional facility and labor fees apply.

Your Sales Manager will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu to best fit your vision and budget.  

Yes, we offer one tasting for up to four people at no charge. Tastings are booked 3 to 6 months before the wedding date once a confirmation letter has been signed with the deposit.  

A non-refundable deposit of the room rental fee is required along with a signed contract.

For events less than 1,000 guests, guaranteed guest count and estimated remaining balance are due 7 business days prior to the event. For events with 1,000 or more guests, guaranteed guest count and estimated remaining balance are due 14 business days prior to the event.  

Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible so we can best prepare for your event.

Yes, we offer a children’s meal for guests age 12 and under. Please check with your Sales Manager for current pricing and offerings.  

The H-D Museum’s exclusive catering partner will provide all food and beverage services. Wedding cakes or specialty desserts may be brought in from a licensed bakery/kitchen with a potential additional fee.

We offer several beverage packages. You’re welcome to offer a hosted bar, cash bar, or limited ticketed based bar. We do not offer a hosted bar based on consumption.

Our venue provides 72” banquet rounds that accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

Included with your package are black or white napkins and floor length tablecloths for the guest dinner tables, cocktail tables, cake table, place cards table, gift table and guest book table. We are happy to provide specialty linen at an additional fee.

Yes, outside decorations are permitted upon prior review and approval. You and your hired vendor are responsible for the set-up and removal of any items brought in. All items must be removed by the end time listed on your contract.

You may work with outside vendors such as DJ’s, florals, decor, etc. We are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors, but you may use any licensed vendor. Outside food and beverage vendors are not allowed.

Access for load-in is available 2-hours prior to the event start time. We are happy to work with you if more time is needed (based on availability and potential additional fee).

Yes, candles with an enclosed flame are allowed: votives, tea lights, hurricanes and floating candles.

Yes, with advance notice, your wedding party is allowed to take pictures inside the H-D Museum. Your Event Manager is happy to make arrangements in advance.

Our coat rooms in Rumble and The Garage is self-serve. If you’d like an attendant for the duration of your event, we’d be happy to arrange this for an additional fee.
