Exhibits in Action will be highlighting Dick O' Brien & H-D Racing, as part of the 'This is Me: Bikes, Gear & The Stories They Tell' special exhibit.

Harley‑Davidson Museum Exhibits in Action series brings the galleries to life through interactive, hands‑on activities designed to spark curiosity and turn every visit into an adventure. Guests are invited to explore dynamic stations and discover highlighted artifacts that offer meaningful connections to the stories on display. Blending participation with reflection, these activations provide a fresh and memorable way for guests of all ages to experience the museum.

For this session, we’ll focus on Dick O’Brien, one of the most influential figures in Harley‑Davidson racing history. A master mechanic, visionary race director, and the driving force behind the company’s dominance on American dirt tracks for decades. O’Brien has played a key role in Harley‑Davidsonr racing achievements, most notably helping Cal Rayborn set a new land‑speed record in 1970 aboard a Harley‑Davidson streamliner.
